This role involves providing compassionate and responsive support to elderly clients and their families through digital communication channels. Responsibilities include answering live chat messages on websites and social media platforms, such as Facebook Messenger, to address inquiries, provide information about elder care services, and assist with scheduling appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to use various digital tools to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for clients seeking elder care solutions.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
