Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate information about menu items, promotions, and store locations, handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and escalating issues to management when necessary. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with digital communication tools. Additionally, the position involves maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective online engagement.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
